6. The customer must guarantee that the listing, advertisement or other information provided to us:-

8. The customer must pay the applicable fees prior to the listing, advertisement or other material being published on the website. No monies are refundable in the event of the customer cancelling the listing or advertisement before the agreed expiration period.

9. Requests to edit or remove listings, advertisements or other material from the BanburyNet.co.uk website should be made by letter, fax or email.
